My stay at the Marriott Jacksonville was quite enjoyable, despite the ongoing renovations. The staff was remarkably friendly and accommodating, making my experience smooth and pleasant. However, there were some challenges with noise from neighboring rooms that disrupted the peace at times. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable rooms and the excellent breakfast options. I look forward to seeing how this hotel shines once the renovations are complete!

My stay at Marriott Jacksonville had its ups and downs. The front office staff, especially Kelsey, were amazing and super helpful, making me feel right at home. However, the hotel is in the middle of a remodel, and it really showed in the guest rooms. While I appreciated the clean and comfortable bed, I faced some issues with bathroom fixtures and charging options that detracted from the experience.
